What is the best way to check on my online order status?

Registered customers can log into their account to check on their order history under “My Account” listed at the bottom of the navigation or feel free to contact us via email, all packages should ship within 48 hours.

 

What is your online order return & exchange policy?

We want you to be pleased with your purchase, if you are not, we accept returns purchase within 30-days for a full refund. If you need another size or color, please note it on your returns & exchanges slip and we’d be happy to send you another item – remember “style is a way of feeling” but we strive to make you feel great.

 

How do I return an online item?

Returns can be sent to the below address. Once the product is received it can take 7-10 business days for a full refund to show on your credit statement. At this time, we do not offer free returns but hope over time, as the business develops, that this is something we will be able to take on. We have heard your feedback and understand this is important to our consumer and strive for this in the near future. It would be greatly appreciated if returns could be accompanied with a filled out return slip (provided in original shipment) – any feedback is extremely helpful for us – we read all of the responses and appreciate our consumers helping make the Maureen experience more enjoyable.
